Google Maps UK に道路交通の渋滞情報が出るようになったとか！

Google Maps UK Adds Traffic Information
Google Maps UK has finally added live traffic data to the major roads in England*. As with other areas in Google Maps that have traffic data enabled, you can also let Google predict what the traffic situation will be like on any day at a specific time.

さっそくいぢってみた。
「渋滞状況」ボタン(英語表示だと"Traffic"ボタン)押すと、こんな感じに！

出てきた渋滞状況ウィンドウの「変更」を押すと今の渋滞状況じゃなくて、曜日と時間帯を指定できるようになってる。予測の結果が出るとか。
拡大モードだと、細かい道路の渋滞状況を表示しきれないから、渋滞状況が対応してる代表の地域に「信号」ボタンが現れる表示になるみたい。

日本版も出てくるのかな…。
